Our services are charged hourly at very competitive rates.
A minimum of 1 hour is invoiced, after which hourly rates are billed in increments of 15 minutes.
Audio Transcriptions are charged per audio minute— starting at a base rate of $1.60 per audio minute (rates increase depending on other factors such as number of speakers, audio quality)

An invoice will be sent following completion and payable within 7 days.
Our preferred method of payment is by direct deposit and we also accept cash, money order and cheque.
